Ordering terms

Placing an order

Orders are placed through this website for collection at one of our pickup points, at the time you choose within its collection window. Orders must be placed by Tuesday. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Payment

Pay by cash or cheque when you collect — no card details required online. Request bank details for transfers using the note box below. Prices include VAT where applicable.

Changes and cancellations

You can cancel online until the weekly deadline using the link in your confirmation email. After the deadline we will have bought ingredients for your order, so please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.

Collection

Please collect during your chosen window. If you are delayed, call us on +33 7 80 21 08 24. Food not collected may not be held beyond the end of the window.

Allergies and food safety

Tell us about any allergy or dietary requirement when ordering. Our kitchen handles common allergens and we cannot guarantee any dish is free from traces. Food is supplied chilled: refrigerate on arrival, follow our heating instructions, and eat within 48 hours.

Alcohol

Wine is only sold to customers aged 18 or over.
